At this time Austin FCU has no immediate plans to re-open our lobby for regular hours, but appointments are available for any type of transaction you would like to complete. We do ask that members visiting our lobby wear their mask, and be prompt to their appointment in order to limit the number of members in our branch at any time. If you wish to recieve assistance without a mask, you can do so in our Drive Thru. Please call us at 512-444-6419 to schedule an appointment.
NOTE: Effective August 30th our phone support hours have been updated to 8:15am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm phone hours remain unchanged.

If you have been affected by the COVID-19/Coronavirus, Austin FCU has several options available to assist, including but not limited to:
- Waived Courtesy Pay and/or NSF Fees
- Increased limits for debit/ATM card usage
- Skipped Payments on Loans
- Early access to mobile deposit and/or Courtesy Pay

Austin FCU's Response to COVID-19
I’m sure you’re receiving emails and communication from all directions right now letting you know what efforts businesses and organizations you interact with have been taking to keep you and their staff safe from the spread of COVID-19.
As of April 29, 2020 our branch is operating as a drive thru only. Members needing to access their safe deposit box should call ahead at 512-444-6419. Austin FCU management is actively monitoring resources provided by our state and local health agencies and will make what changes we can do to our part to help flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19.
