Austin FCU's Response to COVID-19
I’m sure you’re receiving emails and communication from all directions right now letting you know what efforts businesses and organizations you interact with have been taking to keep you and their staff safe from the spread of COVID-19.
I want you to know that Austin FCU is taking precautions to make sure our branch remains a safe space for members needing to come in and process transactions or get account assistance. Staff is sanitizing all member-accessible areas regularly and have been encouraged to exercise social distancing, frequent hand washing and to stay home if they're feeling ill.
As of March 16, 2020, our branch is operating with normal business hours, and will continue to do so as long as possible. Austin FCU management is actively monitoring resources provided by our state and local health agencies and will make what changes we can do to our part to help flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19. As the situation is rapidly developing, please keep an eye on www.austinfcu.com
for the timeliest updates.
As always, the Austin FCU team appreciates your membership, as well as your patience and understanding as we do our best to keep our staff and members healthy. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us at [email protected]
