Our loan payment options make making payments easy! 

Whether you prefer to make your payment in person, online or automatically, we have several payment options to fit your personal situation.

For in person payments we offer two convenient options:

Austin FCU Branch:

Visit our branch in person to make your payment directly with one of our friendly tellers. 

Our branch is conveniently located at the corner of Parker and Woodward in Southeast Austin.

Co-Op Shared Branching:

Visit one of the more than 5,000 credit union branches in the Co-Op network of shared branching to make your payment.

You will need to fill out a special deposit slip for shared branching. Let the teller at the Shared Branch know you bank with Austin FCU, and be sure to bring your full account number with loan suffix, as well as valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, US passport).

  • Automatic payments are the easiest way to make sure your loans are paid on-time every time.
  • Payments can be taken either from an Austin FCU account, or an account with another institution.
  • For Austin FCU Accounts, you'll need to know your loan suffix.
  • For Accounts at another institution you'll need your loan suffix and the routing and account number for your other institution.

* Austin FCU uses the Repay payment platform to allow members access to self-service autopay. Note that this is NOT the same login as your Austin FCU online banking. You will need to click "Customer Login" on the Repay page to set up a portal account to manage your automatic payments from an external account.

We also offer automatic payments on credit card accounts, click here to submit a request to set up automatic payments for your credit card.

  • Make a one-time payment* via debit card or bank account transfer (ACH) to an existing Austin FCU Loan.
  • Please have your account number, loan suffix and payment amount.
  • MasterCard Debit, Visa Debit and Discover Debit accepted (fee applies)
  • Routing and account number required for account transfer option (ACH option always FREE)

Make One-Time Payment

*Payments made prior to 2pm CST will post same-day Monday-Friday. If you need your payment posted immediately, please contact the Loan Department directly. Payments made after 2pm CST will be considered dated the following business day. There is a $2,000 per payment limit using this portal. If you need to make a payment of more than $2,000 please contact us. NOTE: The name on the card or account used to make the payment must match a name that is listed as a signer on the account.

** Please note: you will not be able to use an Austin FCU debit card to make your payment. If you would like to make a payment with funds available in your Austin FCU account, you can do that via a transfer in online banking or by calling the branch directly.

 

Before sending a payoff to the branch be sure to reach out to our loan officers to confirm the payoff balance and ensure we have your current information on file for proper title release.

*Note that hold periods on checks and title processing may prevent us from releasing a title even if a loan is paid off in person at the branch. If you're in immediate need of your title please contact us prior to making the payoff so we can advise you on the best course of action.
