    • Please be aware that this dispute process is not intended to supersede any agreement you may have with a merchant for a recurring transaction. This dispute process also does not automatically cancel your debit card. If you have reason to believe your card or card information has been stolen, please call (800) 472-3272 to cancel your card immediately. Upon review of your claim, an Austin FCU representative will contact you using the phone number and/or email that are listed on your Austin FCU account to complete the dispute process.
