How can I reset my PIN for NoLine banking?

800 950 8143 to reset your PIN. Bring your ID with you
if you come in. If you call, we will ask you a series
of questions to verify your identity.

Why do I have to select a PIN and answer questions and select
images and phrases to access my AFCU account?

in order to protect your personal information. If you
are accessing your account from a computer that no one
else can access, you can chose to be remembered on that
computer. You will still need your PIN and we recommend
that you only register private computers that you control,
such as your home computer.
