Conduct a number of transactions at any member branch, including:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Loan payments
- Make transfers between accounts
- Purchase money orders and official checks*
- And more
Simply bring in the following materials:
- Your home credit union’s name
- Your account number
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, US passport)

IDCheck
If you bank at a Shared Branch location, a teller can now identify and authenticate members with out-of-state IDs in the branch through a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification.
How it Works:
- Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.
- Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.
- Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
- Upload a photo of your ID.
- Take a selfie. Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
- Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).
NOTE: Austin FCU typically only requires IDCheck for out-of-state transactions and guest members using a Passport for ID. Each individual shared branching outlet sets their own restrictions for this service, and Austin FCU is unable to override these settings.
